  • Yes, we offer online training. We have virtual training, hybrid training and remote training. Virtual is 100% online. Hybrid is 50/50, both in-person and virtual. Remote is a monthly fee that includes 1 virtual session a week supplemented with 2 remote session programmed for you, but done without a coach.

  • Please feel free to either reach out to us via our contact information or book directly.

  • After our initial assessments, we will discuss the best course of action - including type of sessions, number of session & scheduling those session for your goals. You may purchase your package after the initial assessments & discussion, or we can schedule a meeting at another time with all responsible parties.

    If you already know what you want/need, you may email us.

  • Cancellations will need to be made 24 hours - with confirmation - prior to the start of your session to avoid being charged for a full session. You may work with your trainer to try and reschedule the appointment, but there are no guarantees. You can make cancellations to ryan@unboundmovementandfitness.com or call/ text (415) 279-1593.

  • 100% of the package is refunded if sessions are unused and cancelled after 1 week from purchase date.

    80% of the package is refunded if any session is used and cancelled after 1 week from purchase date.

    50% of the package is refunded if any session is used and cancelled after the first initial week from purchase date.

    No refunds are guaranteed after 2 weeks from purchase date and will only be given on a case-by-case basis determined by Unbound Movement & Fitness LLC.
