Custom 1:1 in-person, virtual or hybrid training at a specific cadence.

Developed confidence and competence, an understanding around application of intensity and how to communicate with your coach.

DURATION

3-16 weeks

We Progress

PURPOSE

Express autonomy with base movements and enhance a foundation of a more resilient mind and body.

PROCESS

Proper dosing of custom individualized programming.

PAYOFF

Gained autonomy in base movements, elevated your skills, and are working on mastering the application of intensity.

DURATION

12-36 weeks

You Become Unbound

PURPOSE

Apply learned skills to live an unbound, pain-free and active life.

PROCESS

Continuation of previous with added guidance from your coach to safely pursue and progress activities outside of the gym.

PAYOFF

Able to reclaim your unbound active life safely and confidently.

Joint-By-Joint Assessment

This is for a full body joint-by-joint assessment so we can better understand what your body currently needs and how to program and progress forward.

  1. The assessment is geared towards giving the most accurate readings on your body's current flexibility and mobility.

  2. We will address your whole body starting at the head & shoulders and make our way down to feet & ankles.

  3. The goal is for us to understand why you're in pain, what may be causing your pain, uncover your body's "low hanging fruit" & start to create a plan towards you becoming unbound.
